O’Toole Injury & Rehab Clinic Website Goes Live

We’ve been working with O’Toole Injury & Rehab Clinic over the last number of months on a brand new e-commerce booking solution for them. The business is a Gorey based rehab clinic specialising in sports injury. We launched the new site for them late last week.

Clients can now visit the site and can book & pre pay for treatment easily. Clients can manage their bookings easily through an online portal integrated into the website. Communications are handled through automated emails and clients will receive reminders in advance of the session. The business can manage all bookings easily through the backend – and the system automatically manages duplicate bookings and conflicts. We also supplied them with a comprehensive user manual.

Aside from integrating the bookings platform, we also created a beautifully clean and functional site that showcases their services to potential clients. We also helped them source relevant and licensed stock imagery to help showcase their services and specialties.

Gorey Hypnotherapy Clinic Website Goes Live

This week we had the pleasure of launching a new website for Gorey Hypnotherapy Clinic. The clinic is based in the Palms Centre in Gorey and specialises in helping people with weight issues.

We worked with them to create 2 booking products for their hypnotherapy services and their ‘Weight Off Your Mind’ programme. Clients can visit the site and book these services easily. Clients can manage their bookings easily through an online portal integrated into the website. Communications are handled through automated emails and clients will receive reminders in advance of the consultation. The business can manage all bookings easily through the backend – and the system automatically manages duplicate bookings and conflicts. We also supplied them with a comprehensive user manual.

Brand New Kilpark.ie Goes Live

Last week we launched a new website for Kilpark Planning & Design. Kilpark were an existing ClearSoft customer but needed a site upgrade to incorporate online bookings for their consultations.

We worked with them to create 3 booking products – Online Consultations, On-Site Consultations and In-Office consultations (suspended until restrictions allow). Clients can visit the site and book these services and pay in advance easily. Payments are handled through Stripe. Clients can manage their bookings easily through an online portal integrated into the website. Communications are handled through automated emails and clients will receive reminders in advance of the consultation. Kilpark can manage all bookings easily through the backend. We also supplied them with a comprehensive user manual.

Aside from integrating the bookings platform, we also analysed each page on the existing site and refactored them into a cleaner design. All Kilpark projects were incorporated into a tidy and functional portfolio and can now be easily filtered based on categories. This is both functional and beautiful. All pages were refactored to align with 2021 design standards.

This years event is slightly different because of Covid restrictions – the experience will be enjoyed from the safety and comfort of your own car. Riverfield B&B Website Goes Live

Last week we launched a new website for Riverfield B&B based in Inch just outside Gorey Co. Wexford. Riverfield is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast in the shadows of Tara Hill with easy access to the market town of Gorey.

They needed an online booking system that would compliment and co-exist with their existing Booking.com platform. They have 8 rooms in Riverfield and summers are very busy – so it was essential that the system prevented double bookings and any booking complications. The website will also serve as an online shop where people  can buy home cooking items and gift vouchers. This piece hasn’t been launched yet but the capability is there and it will be launched in the new year when the owners are ready.
